Introduction

Once you are approved and/or you Login with your credentials you will see a Home tab of octopus partner app. Note that depending on your permissions you can see different options here.

Scan Code

This option is used to scan the QR code of end users. This way you can redeem End users’ coupon or give points and coupons to the end user. Depending on the action you will have different scenarios after you scan the code.

Redeem a coupon

The end user should show the coupon QR he wants to be redeemed. To redeem end users’ coupon simply tap on “Scancode” to open camera scanner and point camera at the QR code end user is showing on his phone. Take time to read coupon info on the End users screen before scanning to double check if the end user is showing proper QR code. If coupon redeem is successful you should see the confirmation on your screen.

Giving points or coupon

The end user should show his ID QR code on the screen. Tap “Scancode” to open camera scanner and scan ID that End user is showing. Once Scan is successful you will see the list of points and/or coupons you can give to end user. Choose one and confirm your action. If action is successful you should see the confirmation on your screen.

Display Code

This option is used to display the QR code to end users. This way you can redeem End users’ coupon, show code for following you channel or even give points and coupons to the end user.

To display code to the end user, tap on “Display code”. A list of available codes will appear. Choose one and confirm your action. Show the code to the end user. If action is successful you should see the confirmation on your screen.

Enter Code ID

This option is used to redeem End users’ coupon without scanning or displaying codes. In this case, you need the code of coupon and End-user ID.

To redeem a coupon with a code, tap on the “Enter code ID” and enter the code of coupon and the End-user ID.

You will see the confirmation on your screen that desired coupon is redeemed.

Analytics

Basic analytics regarding your channel and your engagements can be found here. All data is separated into sections of your channel and engagements with basic info.

Use dropdown filters to manage your view and get a more detailed view of your analytics.

Advanced analytics with additional filters such as timeframe, segments or even compare multiple engagements and channels at the same time, are available on web analytics.

Send Message & Promo

Send Message

Here you can set up and send a message to your users. The message is sent to users in form of text and is visible within your channel chat. You can optionally add URL, image or video to be sent with the message. Messages are being sent as a bulk to all or specific end-user groups (decided by you).

Send Promo

Here you can set up and send a Promo to your users. Promo is a digital multimedia engagement that can be used to announce promotions, describe products or for any other presentational purposes.
